    Professional friendly staff, excellent food. 3rd visit will definitely be back. Wish it was closer, so it didn’t involve a train, subway. Although then maybe it wouldn’t be such a special treat

    Peppercorn sauce had no peppercorns and overly salty. I asked for mayo for the fries and not home made but not even Hellmans - considering its not a cheap restaurant v disappointing. Staff where however lovely .

    Someone needs to go back and learn how to cook steak. Asked for medium well - steak was well done very tough and chewy! Medium well should b very slightly pink. My husband asked for medium and he got medium well done! At £166 for dinner - not acceptable- won’t be back

    Food amazing as always. Our order was taken and something resulted in the kitchen not receiving our order! Took a long time for our food to arrive but the staff were excellent, apologetic and gave us free olives and desserts. Stephen in particular was excellent. He recognised early on my boys loved football. My sons favourite footballer was also dining in the restaurant and he managed to get him a photograph with him.

    We had a wonderful dinner here last night. Food was incredible and the staff were excellent. Thank you for making our evening so special! We can't wait to return.

    I booked The Butchershop as a treat for my partners Birthday and it did not disappoint whatsoever. The Decor and atmosphere was perfect for a special occasion and the wait staff really made it feel like it was fine dining. They also had a Birthday card waiting for our arrival on the table, really nice touch. The waitress was very informative about the meats available and even offered to show us the cuts! We went for the full 3 courses and Padron peppers with a bottle of red, the wine was so so good. I started with the philly cheese steak spring rolls and they were just amazing, i’ve never had a starter like it before which is always great to try something new. My partners started with the scallops and she said it was the best starter she’s ever had which really saying something! Also 5 scallops? Crazy, most places only give you like two or 3 so that was great! Onto mains we had a chateaubriand cooked medium, Mac and cheese and Chips, I went for peppercorn sauce and my partner had garlic butter with hers, Steak cooked to perfection. Chips were incredible, crispy soft and fluffy, best chips ever. Mac and cheese was great too. Pudding was a Bannoffee sundae. Two words - Oh Aye. Honestly can’t fault the pudding at all, if I could pick one food to be stuck with on a desert island it would be that. Dessert island. This couldn’t been more perfect to help make my partners Birthday that bit more special. Thank you so much to everyone at Butchershop for an amazing night, especially our lovely waitress and the nice host man.
