   The worst experience. Took us 2.5 hours to get our entrees in a Sunday night and it was 2 of our birthdays. Food was fair, very expensive and the waiter was completelyunattentive.

   Our experience was underwhelming. I had been referred by friends and the food quality and prep did not live up to their experience. I had a lobster cobb salad that was very small for the $. The lobster did not taste fresh and the presentation was very poor. My husband had a fried shrimp plate that needed more seasoning. Nothing Special. We will not be returning since the food was mediocre and not worth the expensive price that we paid. We also indicated that it was my husband's birthday and they confirmed this when we arrived but they did not do anything special for him.

   I can officially say I’ve become a regular. I sit at the bar everytime and my absolute favorite bartender Rachel keeps me coming back. I’m not sure if it’s her charisma or her Espresso Martini but this has become one of my hidden gems.

   Kevin was a very nice and helpful waiter. The atmosphere at lunch was low key and quiet. My salmon was absolutely delicious.

   The entire front of house were great, and got us in and out in under an hour while never feeling rushed. The food and cocktails were spectacular, truly well done and fairly priced. Great experience.

   We came in for an early dinner and had a wonderful time. The chargrilled oysters are TO DIE FOR. Perfectly cooked and seasoned, I could eat a hundred of them. I had their version of a G&T, which was huge and strong (how I like it). Everything was perfect. Our server Kevin was awesome as well. Very attentive and was able to answer my questions on recommendations. Ask for him when you come in! Will definitely be back to try some more of their seafood

   Our experience at C&S was fantastic, as usual. We made the reservation to celebrate my Mom's 63rd birthday (or 3rd anniversary of being 21 - her words, not mine), and it truly was a celebration. Mo was our server, and he was fantastic, making her night great! The Tuna Tartar, Crab Louis Salad, and Grouper Entree were the highlights of the night, but honestly, all the other entrees ordered on the table were devoured, seemingly delicious to the consumers. I'd highly recommend C&S to anyone looking for a great date night spot, place to celebrate a birthday, or any other type of meal - truly amazing quality and service all around!

    I had yet another amazing experience dining at C&S Brookhaven! Dining at the bar never disappoints. From the impeccable service from Rachel, Luis and the entire bar staff, to the amazing hospitality and welcome I receive consistently, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for great seafood and service. If you are looking for a place to enjoy delicious food and excellence in a dining experience, C&S is it. Even if you don’t have a table reserved, don’t hesitate to dine at the bar. You won’t regret it!
