   The only issue we have had over the years is that it takes way too long to get a drink. We have brought it up to the management more than once. I used to be a bartender, so I know what it takes. They need to light a fire under their bartenders or replace them with someone who can get the job done. Men are not great at multitasking, so perhaps you should hire a female bartender.

   Everything was wonderful. My arrechera was seasoned well and the potatoes were very good. The special Tapas we had were very tasty.y wife's Borges pasta was good, however the description said the shrimp were grilled. They weren't it didn't seem. Carlos was a great server. My only recommendation is to bring the wine and beer list at the beginning with the menu.

   Fue triste mi visita, vengo de fuera y ka experiencia que le lleve esta vez fue decepcionante. Pasta sin sabor, mal cocida: dos personas me dijeron los 4 quesos y no coincidieron al final no supe que quesos eran. El pan que pedí para la pasta no tenía sabor y estaba elástico. El vino no tenía la temperatura adecuada. Se sentía temperatura ambiente. Pedí me cambiaran de mesa y de mesero por que el mesero que me atendió bostezo tomándome la orden (se me hizo fuera de lugar) no me recomendó nada, absolutamente nada y cuando le dije lo de la pasta solo se dio la medi vuelta y se fue por eso pedí que me mandara al Gerente. De forma muy amable atendió la Gerente me hicieron de nuevo la pasta siper rica!!! Pero entenderá que no me la comí agusto y se la compartí a mis invitados. La hostt mis respetos, el nivel de servicio que ella marca desde un principio debería de ser el de todos. Es la primera vez que reservo por open, y me fui decepcionado se lo dije a la Gerente. Muchas gracias, volveré a visitarlos pero ahora aún más crítico para que se esfuercen y mejoren.    Alimentos con buena presentacion y buen sabor Se pidio una hamburguesa para un niño y fue la ultima en llegar a la mesa. Unico punto en contra. Por lo demas Excelente experiencia.

   La mesa reservada estaba debajo de una escalera, muy mala ubicación, pedí el cambio a la hostess y tuvimos que esperar más de 15 minutos para que asignara una nueva ubicación.
