   We had wonderful service! Food was served hot and the timing and spacing of appetizers and entree were great. Chilean sea bass was excellent and you cannot go wrong with creme brûlée for dessert!

   Great duck and lamb entrees for our table. The appetizers of beef carpaccio and caprese salad were also nicely done. Final moment of greatness was the wine list. We chose an Arietta and it was magnificent. Adam our server was on point all night. Well done Cafe Central.... as always!

   The food was really good but would say everything had a ceiling of 8/10. One of the softest ribeyes I’ve had, just lacked flavor. My gf enjoyed the prawn and lobster dishes, but preferred the prawn. Dessert platter was enjoyable, tart was best item. Mango pie and chocolate bar were delicious. The staff was very respectful and assisted at any notice. Refilled water throughout the service. The music performance was amazing, they crushed it. Now, for the prices and the flavor, not worth it. Tables and seats were very close, and felt like Cheesecake Factory. The waiter/waitress were very nice, but needed some more communication. About 2/3 plates were taken before we even finished. We still had a couple more bites, breads, etc, but were taken away. They would interrupt conversations a lot. It is very loud in there, and we could not hear them that well. Got bumped and stepped on a bit, because that’s how crowded it was near the bar area. Again the service is good, but not what we expected with cafe centrals reputation. We were there about 2 hours but it felt like 45 minutes. With all the interruptions and plates taken, it felt like we were being rushed the whole time. The waiter placed the napkin on my lap, when I wasn’t even ready to eat yet. They took our Coats which was nice, opened every door for us. I enjoyed the night out with my gf celebrating our anniversary and valentines, but the entire time, we both could not stop comparing cafe central to 1700 steakhouse. Would rather go to 1700 10 out of 10 times. Okay experience, but wouldn’t return. Was excited for this reservation, but did not feel like fine dining.

   Best service in El Paso. Out of all the restaurant’s Cafe Central is the best. Great cocktails, fantastic food, excellent service by the entire wait staff. I would consider Cafe Central a restaurant that rivals those in Beverly Hills. I would highly recommend Cafe Central for an excellent dining experience.

   For it being a Valentines’ meal with a set menu, in my opinion, I felt that the meal was highly overpriced.

   This is the second time that I went and sometimes people think they are in a bar laughing very loud being annoying to keep a private business conversation. You should put attention in this type of cases since this place has a good reputation in the market and it will be sad to get lose this level because of the atmosphere created by others with lack of good manners.

    The experience itself was great. The restaurant is very beautiful and elegant. From the moment you’re greeted at the door to the time you sit down the staff is amazing and very friendly. Very professional. The only complaint I had was I had one of the chewiest pieces of ribeye I’ve ever had in my life. Which is kind of disappointing considering this is supposed to be a high-end restaurant. I do recommend the Caesar salad and green chili soup as starters. My wife did enjoy her lobster. Overall not bad, but I had higher expectations for the food. Would I recommend the restaurant? Yes, just not the steak.
