If you're looking for a restaurant that consistently delivers perfection, let me tell you about this gem. Imagine stepping into a place where every meal feels like a masterpiece--flawless flavors, stunning presentation, and an atmosphere that feels like a warm embrace. The service is beyond impeccable; every staff member seems genuinely thrilled to ensure your experience is unforgettable. And then there's RJ--the craft cocktail wizard who takes mixology to an art form. Over the past year, I've sampled a remarkable variety of his creations, and every single one is a revelation. RJ doesn't just make cocktails; he crafts experiences in a glass. Whether it's a smoky bourbon concoction, a refreshing citrus blend, or a drink that's a perfect balance of savory and sweet, RJ nails it every time. Pair all of this with food that's as extraordinary as the drinks, and you've got a restaurant that never misses. It's not just a meal--it's an experience you'll rave about long after you leave.

Service and food quality were excellent. Interesting cocktail options (I’ve never had an old fashion with Tequila, but it was a nice variation). French onion soup was impeccable. It was very loud as the place has nothing to deaden the sound. We will absolutely go back to eat here.

Cafe Collins is a go to restaurant for us and we have never had a bad meal. The pork chop is delicious as well as the smoked trout. If you can get a reservation, grab it!

Our food and ambiance was wonderful. Our server was good until she asked if we wanted dessert, then informed us we had to be out of our table in 10 minutes for another party. If we had a heads up, we would have gladly rushed along, but every step of the way the server told us “take your time, enjoy”. We got booted promptly at 7:00 and brought our drinks that we had ordered before we knew we had 10 minute to order/drink them/order dessert/be gone, to the bar. The entire time we sat at the bar, the bartender was giving us unsettling looks/gesturing to another server their confusion as to why we were sitting at the bar DRINKING COCKTAILS. Once we finished our drinks and started to get our coats on, one bar stool was not completely pushed in under the bar, and our waitress physically kicked it under the bar with anger and said something under her breath. SO BIZARRE! The evening was great until it wasn’t. I have never experienced something like this and left feeling very disappointed and unsettled. Please do better.

Outstanding service as always, thank you Marta! Everything we ordered was delicious. Possibly the best pork chop I've ever eaten. The smoked trout dip with homemade chips cannot be missed, so glad it's always on the menu. Grateful to have such a gem in our neighborhood.

Outstanding in all regards. A perfect small French restaurant experience. The cassoulet (a special for the day), in particular, was outstanding. And the service, professional, efficient, impeccable.

The food is excellent, and the service is great. The noise level on Saturday night was challenging for someone my age (70+), but otherwise I always enjoy lunch or dinner at Cafe Colline.
