   We go to Cafe Cortina whenever we have a special celebration. The prices are high, but you get what you pay for. Not only is the food absolutely incredible, the service is wonderful, and the portions are generous enough to take leftovers home. Highly recommend.

   The food was excellent and our server was wonderful. I don't remember his name. He had a bow tie on and said he had owned a restaurant in Chicago.

   This was not our first visit to Cafe Cortina. The service was wonderful and the food was amazing. The grilled shrimp appetizer was outstanding!

   I’m a long time guest. I typically enjoy dining at cafe cortina. But this past visit was a little different. I requested a fire pit table well in advance but they had already occupied the tables with other parties. The noise level was extremely loud. Wedding party playing boom boom music plus a private party in other rooms. This was combined with a full house in the dining room. Service was good. Not as good as past experiences. Took a long time to get apps and salads. The staff were swamped with the wedding party and the dining room. You could see it. We were seated at a very undesirable area in corner and the noise was so loud that my voice was sore after yelling so much. I got scallop app and braised beef pillows (relatively small portion for main course) and both were very very salty. And I love salt. Spouse got vegetarian lasagna and it was excellent. Not too salty. $22 beefeater martini which was a little pricey. Mohamad our host was extremely pleasant and helpful and offered to move us to a better area but we were already settled at our current location. I think the lesson learned here is to call ahead and find out how full the restaurant will be with the dining room and private parties, and simply avoid a reservation during those days and times. It kind of tarnished our expectations. We will be back. Just know better now when to avoid a visit.

   Service was excellent. If I had to find any fault, much time from the end of dessert to the presentation of the check. Credit card mixup at the end. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

   excellent service Chef was fantastic. Served white truffles himself. Wine selection outstanding and of course the food was off the hook

    It was a great birthday celebration of my song became 22 yeas old! We had 4 appetizers: spicy squids, octopus, scallops and polenta with wild mushrooms. All were amazingly flavorful and delicious. My son had a tomahawk, while I enjoyed Mediterranean fish (I forgot what kind). That tomahawk was so huge but tender. It came with mushroom butter sauce and potatoes more condiments. We concluded this dinner with crème brûlée and flourless chocolate torte and a cup of decaf coffee. I’m so glad that my son is now old enough to appreciate these dishes wholeheartedly! And the service was impeccable, as usual. They were so attentive and everything was timed perfectly!! I really appreciated all aspects of the dinner!!
