The service was bad on New Years Eve for dinner , they ran out of food! And brought us ice cold bread, when we asked if they could warm it up, we never saw the bread again. It was a horrible experience overall. Our bill for 2 people that day was 247.00 for a horrible experience and food they ran out of , and to top it off they automatically add the tip of 34.00 for services they didn't give . Worst ever.

Our experience at this restaurant was really disappointing. We reserved for the New Year’s Eve dinner. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with rushed service. Sat at the wrong table, then met with big attitude when we requested a table away from a drafty door and sat at a table that was not properly set. No one ever took our order for drinks, the food was quickly served but the food was not reflective of the price. The baked potatoes were dry and cold, and it clearly showed this was food served a while ago sitting under a heating lamp. The quality of the food didn’t reflect the price. We didn’t get proper steak knives because they were still “being washed” (!) we were told. The device was rushed and unkind, not reflective of the price we paid. I rarely write reviews but this is an ocasión in which my disappointment is so big I must let others know. Perhaps my comment won’t have a real impact, but it was the worst money spent in a meal so far. It really hurt me to pay so much for such a bad experience.

Not good food at all , for $220 for 2 people, we got just 2 Mini carrots two exact bites, tiny baby yellow zucchini sized of my thumb, small sliced potatoes with tiny bit of butter on top , small filet mignon and small desert. We were still hungry the only big was the 18% service charge automatically added to the bill that was $31 dollars. On top of that the restaurant was extremely cold and everyone eating were freezing cold, tables were not even decorated with a tablecloth or a flower. I was just like any regular meal, nothing spectacular just the price the were charging Haha Service was taking a long time and not even bringing my desert. Never go there again. Save your money and go to Tow restaurant for that price and much much better service and good food.

Went for Christmas brunch. Have gone yearly for a long time (except during the height of COVID). At $75 per adult plus tax and automatic 18% gratuity, it just isn't worth it any more. The quality of the food is average at best. There are slightly fewer choices than in the past. The crab legs were overly wet from being frozen (just poor quality), most of the main hot foods were dry, and the desserts were nothing special (lacked a lot of flavor). The prime rib was good. The restaurant serving staff is nice and they try very hard - just not worth it any longer.

There was no turkey, no ham. We use to go to Cafe Florian before and it is not the same today. Before there was a lot of selection for desserts, there was an omelette stand., there were lots of selection of bread, and ice cream stand.

Food was all cold. You can hear the different people talking about cold food. $200 for 2 adults and 2 kids, definitely not worth it. Crab soggy, which is hard to do. Will be sticking with pinstripes!

Foods were very good, only my husband was disappointed for not having the fresh oyster which we usually have when we eat on Sunday brunch at cafe florian.

I've been taking friends and family to Cafe Florian for Thanksgiving for the last few years. We all love it! My guests especially commented on how courteous the staff was. Thank you for another wonderful experience. Thanksgiving at Cafe Florian is the highlight of my year.

EXCELLENT Thanksgiving Day brunch that had everything you would want. Turkey with all the trimmings, ham, mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, green bean casseral, pumpkin ravioli, lamb, yams, steak, prime rib, snow crabs, oysters, jumbo shrimp and various salads, cheeses and breads. The food was very tasty and the service was great. I highly recommend that you make reservations 2 months in advance, if you ever want to go for a holiday meal.
