   Not a great dining experience. The server was nice but was obviously overwhelmed by the lunch time rush which kind of tainted our experience (we felt rushed to order and had to wave her over to get our drink order in). They were sold out of multiple menu items (it’s a small menu and we were there within a couple hours of the restaurant opening??? so this makes ordering quite unpleasant). I guess dining here is all about timing :/

   I have been a regular customer for the past 20 years, and continue to be amazed at how such a small place can provide such outstanding food. The place is always full; you need a reservation. They don't advertise, and the small sign outside is a recent addition. You had to know about the place to eat there, but they have never lacked customers. The ownership changed about a year ago, but the quality did not change. I have never had a bad, or even an average meal there.

   The food is amazing! Such a treat to get an amazing meal with awesome service and not breaking the bank account. Your are our new "Bishops"...classy!

   Three of us friends go to Salade de Fruits for years. About 1.5-2 years ago, we noticed a change in service, less servers and longer waits although we were told about a 2 hour limit per seating, Okay ... we did understand d that in immediate post covid times there might be changes which, we hoped, will be resolved as time goes by. That didn't really happen ... On the contrary, now, that is last Saturday we found that the quality of food was somewhat inferior to what we were expecting. It was not bad, but not what it used to be: the sable fish dish was barely warm, and the mussels were minuscule. But ... the new young server who took care of us was AMAZING! Maybe in the future, you guys should think of matching the quality of food with the new prices you slapped on it. Just a suggestion. Merci beaucoup.

   Brought my young niece here for lunch. They were very helpful with a booster chair and we had a great time and she especially enjoyed the colourful decor :) It's my second time here and the food's been great both times and I'm looking forward to coming back to try some more of the menu!

   We had a party of three. The Mussels were excellent and the diner was happy. The other two meals suffered from being heavily salted, both on the vegetables and on the fish. Overall disappointing for the price.

   Luv this place and have been going here for years. We usually have the grilled romaine salad (so delicious), mussels and frites and/or steak filet with peppercorn sauce and frites. Mussels are always fresh, cooked in a lovely white wine broth and steak is tender, cooked perfectly medium rare.

    From the moment I arrived I was welcomed warmly and quickly. Sat outside. Great atmosphere. Service was exceptional. Food was really good. I’ve dined here numerous times and I’m never disappointed. Thanks for another enjoyable evening out!
