   Great food and service every time. There is live music to be mindful of if you are sensitive to noise, but it’s nothing a glass of wine can’t solve.

   Cafe Sydnie Mae exceeded our expectations of wanting a relaxing and enjoyable date night. We made reservations and when we arrived the restaurant was packed but took us directly to our table. Service was warm, friendly and attentive. Our food was delicious. Grilled shrimp were the best I ever had and I’ve lived in the south all my life. Wonderful romantic live saxophone musician topped off the night. I would highly recommend Cafe Sydnie Mae for a wonderful restaurant experience.

   Cafe Sydnie Mae is a great place to dine. Great food, great service, and the ambiance is wonderful. They have live music on Friday nights (when we usually go), and the musicians are first class. Parking is not difficult and it's easy to reach, being right off the interstate.

   As usual, the food was delicious and the best service. We all love the servers and all the employees are so sweet and always willing to please. David, you have the best staff. Have never eaten a meal there I did not thoroughly enjoy. Thank You Cafe Sydnie Mae!

   Had a wonderful conversation with the owner and got a bit of a Cafe Sydnie Mae history lesson. One thing I realized today was that Sydnie Mae's not only provides fabulous customer service and high quality food, but they have mastered the lagniappe that just happens creating an experience that can't be adequately qualified.    We had a fabulous meal for our 1st Anniversary at this restaurant. Our server did such an amazing job and was an absolute pleasure (can’t remember her name but her sister is the bartender and both ladies are completely adorable!) We loved our experience there. And thank you to our airb&b host for recommending y’all!

   I should highlight the owners’ unwavering investment in making their customers’ experience comfortable and a delight. My first encounter with David, one of the owners, was to request a modification to my reservation, which he happily made quickly. Once David was aware that my nephew preferred to drink Hennessy cognac, he made sure it was available and delivered to the table as requested. All in my party agreed the food was good and the service was exceptional. There should be mention that there was actual lump crab meat in the gumbo and the omelet, not often seen in this country.
