Life is too short to eat bad pizza, and that’s why we believe that beauty, excellence and love are meant to be shared, and what’s better way to convey love then through a good pizza. So here at Calabria Brick-Oven Pizzeria we create something truly special that would allow the world to try authentic pizza.
Our pizza dough is made from scratch daily using an old recipe and cold fermented up to 72 hours, giving it time to develop a unique flavor.
Our pizzas are 100% handmade to order and baked in our brick wood fire oven at a heat of around 750°F to 850° F degrees. This intense blast of heat locks in all the natural flavors, creating a soft and chewy in the middle and charred crust on the outside. Calabria Brick-Oven Pizzeria is the perfect atmosphere – whether it be a business lunch, date night, a large family celebration, or corporate event. No matter the occasion, we have the perfect space for you. Our full bar provides a vibrant venue for an evening out with friends.

Arrived a few minutes early and was seated immediately. Great food above average bar selection and waitstaff attention was spot on!! Great experience!!

Good food that tastes fresh. Each pizza is individually prepared after it’s ordered. Very friendly, helpful staff. It can be noisy when the restaurant is full. The owners are usually present, taking a personal role in food preparation and service while managing the overall operation.

Amazing brick oven pizza with good beer selection, great cocktails and wine, and excellent whiskey/bourbon to choose from (at a price). The $5.50 garlic knots are a must share item while you decide what to drink and eat, and when it's warm outside the bar seating and outdoor patio are incredible.

I took my daughter the day before Valentine’s Day to celebrate our Valentines. The restaurant was nearly empty so we got a big booth, lots of attention from our waitress, and didn’t feel rushed at all. I may start doing this from here on out! Food was incredible as always. I’m gluten free and their cauliflower crust is so delicious. So thankful we have Calabria in MJ!
