   Excellent in every catagory. Wev been to other Mortons but this one rolled out the red carpet for us. Well done!

   We arrived at the restaurant at the time of our reservation, hostess took us to a table that seemed a bit cramped in between two tables. We asked if we could sit somewhere else, we were asked if we could wait at the bar while they cleaned the table for us. While we waited at the bar, the bartender made our drinks and then we were taken to our table by the owner of the restaurant! Even though they were short staffed and suddenly full restaurant, they managed to serve our food in a timely manner. The food was delicious and beautiful, it was the best Indian food I’ve ever had in Los Angeles! Thank you for bringing this amazing food to Los Angeles!

   When we walked into Cali Chilli in Downtown LA, the restaurant was very quiet with only one large group seated. A few more guests arrived later, but the atmosphere remained calm and relaxed. The interior is beautifully decorated, creating a pleasant and inviting vibe. Our waiter was extremely friendly and quick to take our order. When the food arrived, it was beautifully plated and absolutely delicious. I ordered the sea bass, not realizing there were two different sea bass dishes on the menu. I was given the more expensive one by mistake, but when I explained the mix-up, the waiter was understanding and kindly adjusted the price to the lower one without hesitation. The staff was so warm and accommodating, and the overall experience was excellent. Thank you for the great service and amazing food! I’ll definitely be coming back.

   Charged Opentable reservation cancellation fee on my card eventhough we dined at the restaurant. Additionally, the restaurant has not credited the reward points it offers on it program through toast eventhough the credit card used is attached to the profile and multiple follow up with the restaurant and owner. Everytime I followed up, I was told that they would fix this and call me back but never received a call back nor was the issue addressed. I spoke with the owner as well but the result is no different.

   Overall a very poor experience in terms of service . Staff was very poorly organized. They clearly forgot about my wine order. 30 minutes after when I asked where it was said “we’re working on it.” Then came up to us and said whoops we don’t have that wine today. 0 apologies. The ambiance is nice, decore is pretty. Food is also good but the service just REALLY needs to be worked on.

   The food was delicious, but the service was horrible. We had reservations for 9 pm, and we had to wait 45 min after we arrived. Once we were at our table, it took another 30 min to get service. We didn't finish our meals due to the lack of service

    The service was horrible. The food was good if you received it in time. My husband's meal did not show up until after we all had eaten and that was only because I complained. Overpriced for what we got on the special Valentine's Day courses. Will not go back
