   Fantastic evening, as always! Attentive staff, even though they were very busy. Delicious food! Sitting outside was a delight! Thanks for a great evening; we already have reservations in a few weeks time.

   I have had better food here in the past, so was a bit disappointed this time around as the food was not as good as I expected.

   Calypso Grill is our favorite restaurant in Grand Cayman, and it did not disappoint this time. Our server was friendly, personable, and really helpful. Our dinners were great, the pacing was good, and we were recommended an Italian Chardonnay, a version of the grape we had never tried, and it was terrific. And of course there was the sticky toffee pudding. We will definitely be back.

   Always a great meal. A bit off the path but the service, food and views are hard to beat.

    The setting is beautiful, with a nice breeze. The food has consistently been wonderful for years. Our favorite restaurant in the island. Worth the drive!
