   My favorite restaurant in Oregon … the chef is personally and the staff is professional. The food is experience in taste and texture. The food is worth every dollar.

   If you’re in the mood for appetizers and salads that will set the bar high, this spot absolutely delivers. The broccoli salad is a standout—crisp, fresh, and perfectly balanced with a creamy dressing that’s neither too heavy nor too light. It’s the kind of dish that makes you rethink how good broccoli can really taste. Then there’s the steam burgers, which are nothing short of phenomenal. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, they provide a satisfying bite with every mouthful. The oeufs en mayonnaise is another great choice—simple, yet so delicious. The eggs are soft-boiled to just the right consistency and paired with a velvety mayonnaise that ties everything together. And the mac and cheese? Pure comfort food at its finest, with a rich, cheesy sauce and the perfect amount of creaminess. However, when it comes to the entrees, the experience wasn’t as smooth. After about an hour of waiting, we finally received our dishes. The duck frites, while flavorful, were a bit of a letdown. The duck was slightly overcooked, which made it a little dry, and it was heavy-handed with the salt. The frites, on the other hand, were crispy but could’ve used more seasoning to balance out the richness of the duck. Overall, the appetizers and salads are a definite win, and though the entrees left something to be desired, the great start made it a meal worth trying. The service is AMAZING !

   Dinner was wonderful and steam burgers for dessert are the way to go! The Duck a l’orange crepe was amazing

   Tried for the first time and was quite pleased. 3 of us had the same thing, a slider and the beet salad which was wonderful. 1 person had a slider and the mac and cheese and they were pleased as well. We will come back.

   Canard O.C. is a one of our favorite restaurants. Most recently, we enjoyed the lamb bourguignon and salisbury steak. The experience was topped off with exceptional, highly attentive service. Our server, Elise, was incredibly thoughtful about dietary restrictions in our group. Our tastebuds have yet to be disappointed and the service is top notch.

   Wait staff was terrific, food was excellent but the foie gras dumplings were not worth the cost since there was almost no foie gras in them, unlike our previous times ordering this dish.
