   Incredibly fresh ingredients, thoughtfully assembled into dishes without the peacocky presentation. Interior design is rejuvenating as opposed to the popular “modern minimalist hospital” aesthetic. Staff is so friendly, mindful, and comfortable which makes for a genuine atmosphere. You can tell this new restaurant is a labor of love, and every little part was considered.

   We had a great experience at the Canyon House. We enjoyed the short rib tacos and the 8 oz filet. Both were excellent. The filet was on par with a high end steak house. The crispy brussels and the butter cake were also really good. The restaurant is very open although the noise was otherwise quiet and it was easy to have a conversation. Our waitress was awesome and made the evening very enjoyable. This was a five out of five star experience all around. We also didn't think it was exorbitantly expensive. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food and the experience. We had an appetizer, two entrees (including a filet), a cocktail and desert for about $100. We'd highly recommend the restaurant, the service and most importantly the food. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

   Chicken and salmon were cooked perfectly. We weren’t to sure about sitting on the patio in January but because of the outdoor heaters it was very pleasant. Highly recommend the Lemon Drop Martini’s! Can’t wait to try some other dishes!

   This was my second visit and was somewhat less impressive than the first. The food was good again, but it was disappointing that the kitchen ran out of the entree I ordered (despite the fact that I ordered right at 5:00, which was the time entrees begin being served). Additionally, we ordered a bottle of white wine. It hadnt been chilled, but we weren't informed of that until the bottle had already been opened and delivered to our table (we probably wouldn't have ordered the bottle had we known). He did attempt to put the bottle on ice, but it was a good 45 minutes before the bottle actually chilled to the correct temperature.

   Our first experience at Canyon House. Great menu! Randy was our waiter. Great service. Seating is a bit tight. Very noisy. Food was great! Thrilled to have a great dinner venue. Orders to go might be great!

    This is a newly opened restaurant at the brand new Canyon House recreation facility in the planned community of The Canyons at Castle Pines. As such, it is understandable that they are still working the kinks out. The unique cocktails were excellent. The service was friendly, but not as timely as we would like. We were there at 6pm on a Saturday and they were already out of their Brick Chicken. Hoping that it will improve over time.
