   Having eaten in great restaurants this was a brilliant surprise. Some of the best food we have ever tested and locally sourced!! Amazing. Go there if you can.

   The Cardinal tasting menu experience was a great treat. Each course was delicious and the knowledgeable staff provided information on the origination of the ingredients and overall expectations for the dish. The space is lovely and the serving ware is a fantastic added touch.

   Tucked away down a quiet street off Dundas in Edinburgh. The restaurant is lovely and understated, the service is impeccable including the execution of the meals produced. A great experience. Well worth a visit.

   Perfect virtuoso cooking and service with first class wine pairing. Not cheap but really great value in a calm and welcoming environment. Well done.

   Excellent dinner experience in a restaurant that is certainlly on the way to receive a Michelin star anytime soon. The menu is focused on local ingredients and is very crative. The wine pairing had also a couple of nice different surprises and was very well conceived.

   The ambience was magnificent. The whole team was phenomenal. The food was well thought out, a mixture of sweet, tangy, spicy, that left our taste buds wanting more. The presentation was pristine, and the mix of colours on the plate really took you to another level. I took beautiful photos that I would love to share with everyone so you know just how magical the appearance was of everything that we ate.

   Wow. We had the shorter tasting menu and it was spectacular! The lobster, the sea trout, the Baron Bigod cheese on malt bread — I couldn’t decide which I liked the most. Amazing!
