App: the bread and butter were very good. Mains: the wedge with shrimp was good, the crab stuffed grouper dish was very good (but not hot!) and the kitchen accommodated my daughter by swapping out shrimp for salmon on the kids menu. Dessert: OUTSTANDING! Got the orange-cheesecake, rum cake and coconut cake and all were very much enjoyed! Cocktails: spicy margarita was ok, lacking flavor. Service: unfortunately, EVERYTHING but the desserts came out all at once…. cocktails, app and mains. Guess our table was an “auto fire” for some reason? Overall: the food was very good but the fact that everything came out all at once was a bit disappointing. But we’d give it another chance.

I arranged for a special dinner in advance for my husband’s birthday, but when we arrived the hostess not only didn’t know about it, but she acted like we were putting her out. She was very rude. Set a negative tone for the rest of our dinner. Our server was pleasant but the food was mediocre. Not a place for a special occasion. It’s a family vacation resort restaurant. Lots of kids and noise.

After a week in St. Thomas, we saved the best for our final night. The Caribbean Fish Market was a phenomenal experience. One of the best wedge salads with amazing sea bass and salmon entrees. The ambiance was lovely, the food was delicious and our server, Rena, was 5 star! Our drinks were excellent as well. We can’t wait to return.

We ordered the stuffed lobster and it was one of the best meals we’ve ever had! Definitely worth it!

Had a very hard time getting a taxi to take us to this restaurant, but we were seated on time, just unfortunately right next to a table of 12! Service was nice but seemed scattered. Food was just ok, not worth the price we paid. Skip the eggplant frites which we found soggy and under seasoned. Skip the wahoo which was overcooked. Crab stuffed grouper was good, but the star of the dinner was the calamari appetizer. Delicious!

Had another great dinner at Caribbean and Fish House. We’ve eaten there many times and it never seems disappoint. My wife had the stuffed lobster not cheap but very very good. I had the grouper also excellent. De Abassada was our server and he was great.

We both ordered the Crab-stuffed Grouper. The taste of both was pleasant. My husband's was fine, though they left off a vegetable, because while I was saying no pepper added for me, he doesn't take salt and supposedly they cannot steam a vegetable without salt. There was plenty of salt in the main parts, other than the vegetable, so I do not understand what they were trying to accomplish by leaving off the broccolini. Mine was supposedly not spicy, but my lips started burning from whatever was in it - or maybe just the pan it was cooked it, because with coatings that has happened before. The grouper was okay, a bit dryer than we would have preferred. The crab coating was a nice accompaniment. Our waiter, Sharif (Sheriff -?), was excellent. Service was efficiently fast, but not rushing us at all. The night being young, they were not pressed for time by a crowd. It was early evening, and the restaurant was the noise level of the beach right outside of the divider between the two. The harbor was full of sailboats, and a wreck of one large boat lent a focus of interest for photographs. The cost was high, $$$$ rather than $$$.

The au gratin potatoes were so garlicky, you couldn’t eat them any themselves. My husband got the prime rib and it tasted like alcohol. I’m assuming they didn’t burn off the alcohol in the glaze. The asparagus I had was okay but they were so big and stalky. Overall the service and the view was wonderful but we paid $188 and I would have to say this is the worst meal we had while being here.
