                                                                                                                We arrived on time, opening time, at 5 PM. We were asked to wait as they weren’t ready yet. We stepped a side. The next couple arrived a few minutes later and had to wait too. But they were seated first. We were seated next to the bar with the sun in our eyes. We did not appreciate the poor training, if any was given at all, that hostess showed. I’m mean the place was empty. We were the 2nd table to sit. Our server, I believe his name was Aaron, was incredible. Perfect service, good understanding of the menu, and set the pace for dinner. We ordered 4 appetizers, 1 salad, and 1 dinner to spilt between the two of us. We had leftovers. Aaron set the pace, and with our permission, the order and pairing of the food. He did an outstanding job! The food was great. The Tuna Nachos were a little spicy for 1 of us. We had never had, and really enjoyed, Eggplant sprites. The wings were crispy and spicy (as a wing should be). The Cauliflower was good and I wouldn’t call it Gen Tso’s anything. Wrong sauce and not breaded. The watermelon salad was very good and the Lobster tail cook perfectly. A boat washed ashore in last years hurricane and it sits there as an eyesore on its side on the shore wrapped in yellow warning tape.Eyesore is an understatement. In front of me was the restaurant as we had been seated in the back corner. My other side, 8’? away, was the bar and the noise. Atmosphere? Very much lacking.

Only complaint is the noise level from the inner dining area. I would never choose to be seated there. Great restaurant! Mr Big life is a delightful waiter.

                                                                                                                A really mixed experience at Caribbean Fish Market so that’s the reason for the “3” rating. Service and ambience was not enjoyable but food was above average. We were met with the most disintersted Hostess EVER! I didn’t think she even spoke to us but my wife said she thought she heard her say “Yes?” when we walked up to the hostess stand. We gave her our name and reservation time. She turned around and spoke to a coworker before grabbing menus and walking away. We assumed that was our signal to follow her to our table. We got there and she simply dropped the menus on the table and walked away. WOW! Our waiter was better and he did a nice job. Knowledgeable and offered tips on his favorites on the menu. We appreciated his comments. The food quality was above average. My wife’s filet was cooked perfectly and she enjoyed it. My paella special was outstanding! The only problem with dinner is that we couldn’t hear each other speak so dinner conversation was non existent. The restaurant is LOUD! It was not an enjoyable experience. If you can get an outside table, you’ll probably enjoy your experience. Just don’t expect much from this place in the way of service.
