   Carbonara was not cooked well and tasted awful, same with the focaccia bread and meal was well over priced for the sub par quality of it. Staff were poor and ran away before you could even ask a question. Won't be returning

   Seafood risotto was gorgeous with generous shavings of Parmesan. My companion settled for two staters - calamari and focaccia- equally delicious. We were given a table by the window as we requested. Service was really efficient and good humoured.

   A visiting work colleague absent myself had dinner with excellent service, delicious food including arancini, pasta and i would recommend the seabass which was cooked perfectly. I have been at Carluccio's several times and am never disappointed. Very good value.

   Dined in Carluccios two weeks ago and was given wrong main course, dined there last Saturday and was served by the same man and again given wrong mains. Asked for sprite or 7up and did not have that either, asked for dessert menu and waited 20 mins, could not wait any longer so I paid and left. My table was booked for 14.45 and had to wait 20 mins before I finally got a table. I regularly dine in Carluccios and everything works well but this time it turned out to be a disaster.

   Fabulous food. Great attention from serving staff when we had a little problem. No rush on us at lunchtime and a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon for 4 of us

   Disappointed overall as the food wasn’t great. Starters were really good but a risotto main course was very ‘stodgy’ and was left uneaten. Restaurant didn’t charge us for this course which we appreciated. BTW our waitress was superb throughout the evening.

   Love Carluccio's always and it never disappoints. Food always perfect and staff are lovely. The bread and butter pudding is awesome.

    Food was cold, also noted other tables stating the same. Staff friendly but as a birthday treat for a family member I was sadly disappointed in the experience.
