    The service was excellent the food was good but I have had better Ragu I’m not saying it’s bad the pasta was great but the meat should melt in your mouth

    I really didn’t enjoy the food this time and was disappointed. Waiting staff didn’t check in with us either to see if the food was ok.

    We had a large family party of 16 for a post Christmas celebration. They were very accommodating. Food served in a timely fashion, not rushed. Staff were absolutely excellent. Something on menu to suit everyone. Would certainly eat at Carluccios again, would recommend.

    An excellent meal with outstanding service. At 2.30 pm on Sunday 22 December the restaurant was pleasantly quiet.

    Been wanting to try this place for breakfast as close to home. Finally visited with my partner. The place looks beautiful and with good ambiance. The staff were friendly too. The food we ordered were pancakes, hot chocolates, traditional breakfast. Wasn’t impressed with the hot chocolate, couldn’t taste chocolate at all, like you lack another spoon of chocolate powder when making it. The pancake was okay. Traditionally was so far good. I don’t think we’re coming back for breakfast here again but maybe try for dinner next time.
