   Lovely table by the window, pleasant furniture, not too crowded together, comfortable chairs and table ware. Nice glasses, good wine, though the wine we ordered turned out not to be available.

   Compared to Carluccio's in the past mediocre food. The antipasti platter was missing a few components from the photo..... The main course risotto was good but the Chicken Saltimbocca was not good.. I had to leave all the potatoes and only ate the very dry chicken because I was very hungry ..... I used to eat at Carluccio's quite often in the past.. He must be turning in his grave now ...

   We booked a table for 2:00pm - I would advise booking in advance for this location, as it seemed a lot of groups were turning up without a reservation and expecting a table to be free, despite it being during school holidays. Restaurant was very busy so noise level was high. Staff were friendly and professional, but there didn't seem to be enough servers for the number of tables, so we had a wait for our table to be cleared, a wait for our order to be taken, and a wait at the end before we could pay our billl. There didn't seem to be enough electronic tablets to go around either, so our order was taken via pen & pad, which led to one of our orders being missed, but this wasn't included on the bill so that was fine. Food was freshly cooked, I recommend the mushroom soup and the chicken milanese. Happy to come here again but hopefully at a less busy time.

   Food wasn’t authentic, just Italian-inspired. Very touristy, but not that bad if you’re looking for something okay.

   Very buzzy, friendly atmosphere and excellent food. When we come up to London it’s our go-to family meeting place and by far our favourite Carluccios.

   We had a great meal at Carluccios south kensington. I had the festive menu, with some really light tasty duck arancini for starter. Steak was pefectly cooked and tasty with roast potatoes that were served small. The potatoes had some garlic butter that I could put on myself, and they had just the right amount of garlic - not too strong but you could taste. Rocket salad with the dish went will the steak and potatoes. Partner had ravioli with spinach and ricotta, & sage butter dressing - and said it was delicious. Atmosphere was good, we got a nice table and service was good. I like Carluccio's. Its a a great menu, which is not too over complicated. The food is always great quality and perfectly cooked. Carluccio's staff are always welcoming. Recommended.

   Food was good and reliable — relatively compact menu of old favourites, turned out well. Service was friendly enough, but patchy — several things (first attempt at water, cheese for the pasta etc) offered but never quite made it to the table. Good atmosphere and clearly buzzing towards the end of our lunch with walk-ins being turned away. Would happily return.

   Great night food was lovely, but it was Marco that made it for us, he was excellent helped us decide was very knowledgeable about the food a good experience.

   Great meal. The restaurant was packed but the staff were attentive, the food was excellent and all in all great value for money.
