   Ordered hamburger medium well. Middle of burger was not rare, it was raw. Manager did offer to correct. Why not get it right the first time. It is very loud in the dining area.

   Great food. Great service, though a server (not the one who waited on us but just delivering food from kitchen) had come to our area circled around and left despite our effort to flag her down. Understandable though as they were busy, in fact even adding tables outside. The side area we were in was some sort of echo chamber, it was just everyone conversing at high volume and our ears were ringing when we left. Still a great atmosphere. Nice and clean. Everyone loves Pastrami there but don't sleep on Steak and Eggs either. Super tender steak, full of flavor!

   Carnegie is a GREAT place EXCEPT for one thing: Too noisy. Food delicious. Service good. Noise TOO LOUD for me.

   I have suggested to management to start carrying a Connecticut lobster roll. They have all the Ingredients and it would be an easy add to their menu.

   This diner is such a gem! We love how many organic options they have and everything is always delicious! We are big fans of the omelets and the blueberry pancakes! Only word of caution - even if you have a reservation be prepared to still have to wait for a table if you are going at a busy time - we had a 10:45am reservation for Sunday brunch, arrived on time, and did not get sat until 11:10.

    Such a wonderful experience with an amazing staff, service, and great food for all! Everyone in the family will find a great meal and the ambiance is very welcoming.
