   Fun spot but the food is pretty mid. The drinks are fun, so I would recommend eating somewhere else and checking out the bar upstairs!

   Let’s see. We show up for our lunch reservation early. 10 minutes later, still no drinks. Water says bar is slow. He still forgot one drink. We gave up. Food was just OK. $20 tacos and burgers. Nothing special. I go to get car at valet. I’m told to go upstairs to 2nd floor and pay. I take elevator up, and no one is at the desk. I wait 5 minutes, pay, then go downstairs. My car is still not ready. I ask and the guy gives me keys to a different car. I say that’s not mine. I wait another 5 minutes. This is why we haven’t been back to Caroline’s in 3 years.

   Can't turn down a night at Caroline. I'd say the best spot to take a group of friends out to in Austin. The food was excellent, as was the service. Everyone was friendly. Highly recommend.

   Experience did not meet our expectations. Valet parking hard to find. Food not special. Noise level very unpleasant for older clients.

   Really good food. Went before a concert, service was quick and polite. Try the burger and the chicken wings. Very pretty place.

   We had a terrible experience, the server Anna Maria seemed to avoid us at times, my daughter accidentally spilled her drink , she never offered to get her something else. She never brought napkins to clean it , I had to flag down a bus boy to clean and I literally had to get up and walk to the back of the restaurant to get replacement napkins. She never offered to refill our drinks. I ordered a salad with salmon it was dry , when I asked for more salad dressing she said “ it’s already on there “, then she asked me which kind I wanted I told her and she brought me 2 different dressings. It was almost like she was having trouble understanding, it was kind of loud so maybe she could t hear but either way it felt like she didn’t want to be bothered. We will never go back.

   Very slow, they got part of our order wrong and they had no cash on hand for change and had to wait for them to get it. Food was ok nothing special. The hamburger meat was good quality.

    Our dinner was delicious! The chicken schnitzel is my go to dish. The server was friendly, knowledgeable and made our visit enjoyable. Love coming here before shows at The Paramount.
