    Our waiter, Desmond, was very attentive and timely with our orders and needs. We were seated on the patio area, and noise level and temperature was excellent. We had six people in our party. We all ordered a different entree, and we all loved our food. It was great that the manager came and spoke with us, to make sure that we had no complaints. It was an awesome experience!!

    Tonight was our first time dining at the Andover location and I must say, I like it much more than the downtown location. First, the noise level is much better at Andover. We could easily hear each other and carry on a conversation. Secondly, I think the ambience is better. Very much a speak easy vibe. Our waitress was excellent and the food was great. The steaks were cooked perfectly, the bacon cheeseburger was excellent and the mashed potatoes and mac and cheese were highlights. Skip the teriyaki sesame green beans (undercooked and over sauced), but the truffle fries were yummy! Even the bathrooms were cute (love the Golden Girls and Rat Pack themes.) The only odd thing I noticed was that the floor throughout the restaurant was super slick. I think it’s whatever they are mopping with because the floor was slick throughout. All in all, I’d definitely go back again!

    The chicken Parmesan sandwich was over breaded and over cooked. The cheese grits were terrible…pasty and not cheesy enough. The French fries were good. My mom enjoy her Ahi Tuna salad. I tasted the tuna and it was good. The pesto chicken sandwich had great flavor but the bread was just mushy. I think it would be better on a more substantial bread type.

    Server must of been newer to the restaurant. He didn't know the menu. Didn't ask us for any kind of drinks outside of water. My broccoli was raw and not cooked much. Burger was burnt on the outside and still pink in the middle. Second visit to the newer site and still needs work. Original location downtown is amazing time and time again.

    Slow to service but manager made up for it. Cocktails were perfect. Burger, fries, salad and salmon cooked perfect and all full of flavor! We will be back!
