   This place has always been a winner. It’s pricey for sure but good. Staff is attentive. Drinks good. We ordered filets and 2 orders of king crab. This place ALWAYS has the best crab legs. Incredible size. We had a cold order as well as hot. They’re expensive to be sure ($115 for 2 legs) but truly delicious and HUGE. Filets and sides good but the crab steals the show (as in past years).

   Carversteak is by far my favorite restaurant in Vegas for now. The service is fantastic, the food is amazing and I just cannot get enough of this place.

   Everything was great even the server was awesome. They said the cook was backed up but it wasn’t crowded. It took an hour for the food to come out after my friend said she needed to leave to catch a show as soon as she arrived.

   We had reservations for 7 and let hostess know we have a show to catch as well so we were limited on time. At 715 still not sat, had to complain 3 x before they finally put us in the lounge after 28 minutes past reso. We came to be in main dining area but had to take what we got. Serve was great and food was very good as well but disappointment with service at hostess

    Carver is our go to steakhouse in Vegas. The interior both bar and patio are modern and cool. The wagyu bites are a must try. I am also hooked on the ribcap steak. If you love a cross between a filet and ribeye this is a must try. This experience was enhanced by our waiter Brian. Incredibly attentive but not intrusive. Great food, cool atmosphere and professional service. That’s the carver formula. Definitely worth a try!!
