   Food was superb! We had a party of 8 and every single dish was incredible. There was a singer giving us all the Italy vibes. Service was incredible. We will definitely keep this on our places to eat again list.

   Dining at Casa Bella was great experience. The service was superb. Food selections were great. I had the lobster ravioli and a caesar salad. Will definitely return in our next trip to NYC.

   We reserved a table for 8 on New Year’s Eve with family from Mexico and had a great time. The food was delicious and the service exceptional. My wife and I had a Rigatoni Bolognese and Penne with Salmon respectively preceded by a Burrata salad.Our server Amadeo was very focused on ensuring we were enjoying our dinner every step of the way. Definitely the best server during the past 32 years we’ve been dining in Little Italy. We’ll be back.

   Absolutely loved everything- the vibe and the ambiance and the decor was incredible not to mention the amazing, authentic food! If anything, maybe check on the ladies restrooms- one toilet was clogged and another out of toilet paper. :)

   Very very very disappointed in my experience here as I came to New York specifically to visit this restaurant among a couple other places. I waited a while for a server but when I finally got mine he was very kind and attentive. I had a plan to order an appetizer, a cocktail, and entree, a glass of wine, and a dessert. But the atmosphere was so poor and I waited so long I just ordered an entree with a glass of red so I could hurry out of there. I ordered the chicken parmigiana. Food presentation was not well at all; sauce was all over my place and I was disappointed in the thin pieces of meat. However the portion size of the overall entree was decent. The marinara sauce is really really good. Took a long time to get my check but did eventually get it. Overall I’d say good food. I thought I dodged a bullet by coming on a Sunday over a Saturday but service was still meh despite not having many people. I will however return because I have a feeling this place is really good all around and maybe I just need to experience it again.

   Celebrating 40 anniversary. Waited outside in cold for 20 mins with a reservation. Choose place based on a review as romantic place, good service & food. Had neither, waited 45 to get waited on, loud place never asked if food was ok, others waited on and served before us. Food was ok but only 2 of us and they added a tip of $25 which I’ve never known a place to do unless it’s a big party. Won’t go back, so disappointing .

   This place is so clean and cozy. Very romantic and the customer service is top notch. Everyone checks up on us. The food was fresh and delicious. We will definitely go back. Also the bathroom was nice and smelled really good.
