   Limited menu but food was very tasty. Small portions but very filling. Not the best margaritas I have ever experienced sweet and light on the tequila. Service was great.

   The food and atmosphere are outstanding! The guacamole, chips and salsas delicious! The cheese chili relleno is addicting and so tasty! Our wonderful waiter was Kevin who was knowledgeable and provided excellent service!

   On a crowded weekend in Fredricksburg you might feel overwhelmed when deciding where to dine. Don't hesitate choosing Casa Chloe and ask to sit on the covered terrace. We got a last minute res on a Friday before the 6pm rush and the staff did not cause a fuss when we asked to be moved from a secluded table inside (where you would expect to be seated for a last min reservation) to the festive patio, which has excellent people watching. Even though one block off the main drag, the area is extremely active with awesome stores, other bars/dining and a constant parade of locals and tourists (look for Chole's parking lot in the back). The diners were a mix of smart dressed ladies and couples. We had a well-mannered 11 year old who thoroughly enjoyed herself too. A musician was setting up to play acoustic guitar as we were leaving. The menu is intriguing without trying to be pretentious. Popular interior Mexico fare with an updated twist and lovely combinations of flavors and fresh ingredients. I saw it was mentioned some reviewers thought the portions were small. I was relieved not to be overloaded with huge plate of food. For me the presentation was the perfect amount, not only visually appealing, but light and flavorful for an early dinner with spicy margaritas during a weekend getaway in beautiful Fredericksburg.

   Stuffy and uncomfortable experience. We were unaware of all of the etiquette rules (posted outside for your convenience) before making our reservation. We had 4 adults and 4 children (9-12) and felt like we had to whisper and couldn’t get up for any reason. The service was good and the food was ok, minus the extremely spicy enchiladas that I couldn’t eat (zero mention of the spice level on the menu). Drinks were pretty good. I just don’t understand the level of pretentiousness when there is no need for it. Would not return.

   What a gem. Great cocktails and delicious food. Service was great. Staff is friendly and attentive. The owner stopped by our table to check on us. We went back for dinner two nights later I highly recommend.

    To me the menu was Sante Fe cuisine, which is perfect. Partner very much enjoyed here Mole' dish. My red beef enchiladas were good, yet, very spicy. I was warned by the waitress. However, we will return to again.
