   Food - Fire The 2 small issues that I noticed was that the restaurant keeps the doors open, which provides access to bugs. Secondly, the service was slow. Either way, I enjoyed my time and I’ll be back.

   Food was excellent. Each item was just cooked so well. But what made the experience really memorable was Francis. He’s is attentive, and obviously genuinely loves customer service. Hoping to get him next time at Casa Gianna.

   Walked in for a reservation.. the manager and other staff looked and walked past me. I had to shout just to get someone attention.. Food good. Service trash

   The food was delicious! We were very pleased. I do wish the service was better. We noticed the tables around us didn’t get bussed the entire time we were there.

   Unfortunately, they were out of a lot of things and some of the food wasn’t the best. I think the appetizers are really good compared to some of the entrées.

    Ruined my husbands birthday dinner. Our food didn’t come out together and I was almost done eating when his food arrived. The excuse was that the kitchen was backed up, which was a lie because we watched another couple send their food back and get replacements before he got his meal. They didn’t have any empathy acted like this was acceptable. Then after that they refused to give a carry out for my bread (company policy). I told them to keep the free birthday dessert, paid the bill and left. I do not recommend this place.
