   What a disappointment! We absolutely loved everything about this place the first time we came. I don't know how things could go so wrong in the kitchen! Our pizza was soggy , not crisp and tasty like the first time!! My spicy rigatoni was bland, rubbery and swimming in sauce. The food was somehow served all at once and cold. When we sent back the entrées, they told us they would "work on that for us." After we finished with our pizza appetizer about 20 minutes passed before they finally brought the entrées back to us… Same plates and still lukewarm. I have no clue what they did with those dishes in the meantime. The restaurant is still lovely, our server was friendly, but not sure if we will go back now because the food went from 100 to 10 in a matter of weeks.

   Dined here for the first time as we live very close and eager to try it out. It was our first date night away from the kids in a little time so we were looking for a nice relaxing time together. We were greeted with a warm welcome and they accommodated our reservation to move our table inside. The dining experience was sub par, our waitress didn’t seem very knowledgeable or helpful on suggestions from the menu and seemed to be managing too many tables at once so the attention to detail was limited. After enjoying our food- which was fair, nothing special we purposely saved two slices of pizza to take home for the kids. We asked for a box, which they brought us, we paid and left. Even though the experience wasn’t great we still left an additional 3% tip on top of the 20% that was already included. As we got to the corner of the street (we walked home) we realized we forgot the pizza box. We hadn’t been gone more than 2 minutes. We walked back to the restaurant and they had already thrown out the pizza. We spoke to a manager expecting that they could work something out for us bc it was 2 of the 6 slices that we saved and they told us there is nothing we can do and if we wanted another pizza we would have to pay for it. Very disappointing bc we weren’t gone long at all. We won’t be back.

   The food was mediocre at best, and the service was awful. Heavy metal was playing when we first sat down, which was really unpleasant. We had to ask the manager to switch to a softer type of music. We waited 1 1/2 hour to get our food and we were told every 10 mns that the food was coming out. It was bad experience overall. I don’t recommend it.

   They readily rectified our complaint about the dishes being cold. Emilio the manager, came by our table to apologize and gave us a generous discount. Being new, there is work to be done in proper service but this is a very promising restaurant that offers good value for the money considering the current ridiculous pricing situation in Miami dining today.

   Everything went perfect for a date night From the server, to the food The ambient is impecable But, i stood up from my table crossed the street to my apartment which is the buildind next to where casa gianna is located, no more than 5 minutes had passed i noticed i had left my wallet on top of the table I run back Ask for manager And in a rude manner he is telling me that i have no right to accuse his staff of taking it, but him being so aggresive on that manner just showed he was covering for the runner that cleaned the table me and my date got up, And clear enough yea his staff TOOK my wallet, emptied the CASH, and trew it on the floor on another side of the restaurant i had not even stepped foot into… i blame myself for leaving it behind, but a person that works at a restaurant is supposed to be in the hospitality industry, put it in the lost and found and i will retrieve it, no he took he cash, clocked out And left … again the manager was incompetent, rude, and almost telling me that his staff would never, cameras were reviewed and revealed the truth, so in other words The place is amazing Food is great Staff in charge for a claim was GARBAGE
