   Chaos and overpriced. I get it, it’s Miami, you will be waiting on your table and it will be crowded. However, expect to feel and be treated like a peasant here if you aren’t willing to throw thousands of dollars down on a table or bottle service. We waited in a very very long line outside, just to be cut and pushed around once getting to the front which was basically a fight to the death to even tell someone we had a reservation. Once the host decided to give us a second of his time (he let in MANY, many people ahead of us without reservations). Once getting in, we had to wait in an extremely long hostess line, just for them to tell us our table wasn’t ready. Note we got there at 10:15, it is now 11pm. We waited at the bar another 45 minutes, to be told our table was ready, just to be sent up the elevator to another hostess who took over 20 minutes to find our table. the elevator was also broken :). Once we sat down, our server was great, but we just weren’t hungry because it was now 12:30am. We ordered the filet and it was fine, but in my opinion long horn steakhouse could make a better steak. I didn’t even eat because I was so tired. We were willing to drop a ton of money on food and drinks but were exhausted by the time we sat so we only ordered one thing. Avoid this place at all costs.

   Great meal! The food was perfectly done and beautifully presented. Our waiter was exceptional, very good suggestions.

   Our servers and food was great- everything delicious! But the host staff was quite rude and we waited over 45 minutes for our reservation. We could see the table we were to be sitting and at the group was not even sitting/eating/drinking - just taking photos. We asked if they would be asked to leave since there time was up a few times and kept being brushed off. Otherwise we had a great time!

   Casa Neos is an extraordinary place with an amazing vibe and an outstanding menu. However, improvements are needed in the hosting experience. We arrived at 7:24 PM for our 7:30 PM reservation. The host immediately directed me to the bar to wait for our table, despite the fact that many tables were visibly available. I decided to be understanding, but the bar was full, so we walked around for about five minutes. Since it was my friend’s first time there (even though it was my fourth visit), we took the opportunity to tour the restaurant. After waiting over 15 minutes, I approached the host again, only to realize she had completely forgotten about us. She then seated us at the last table in the hallway. Unfortunately, this location diminished our experience—we couldn’t see the fire show, and we were repeatedly interrupted as the performer passed by our table. Despite the hosting issue, the food was incredible. We had the octopus, sashimi crudo (the whole fish), and tuna—everything was absolutely delicious. Casa Neos has so much potential, and I hope they refine their guest experience to match the quality of their cuisine.

   CASA NEOS has great service, flavorful food, and a lively vibe. The crowd is stylish, the ambiance is amazing, and it’s a perfect place for a fun night out.

   The waiter was attentive in the beginning, but then got super busy. They brought out our whole Bronzino and we waited at least 10 minutes for somebody to come and de bone it by the time they did it was cold. The appetizer portions are very small for those kind of prices . Places is pretty vibe is nice. You look at the water & the yaughts but too expensive for what it is would not go back.

   Literally, one of the best and most warm welcoming establishments I’ve ever visited. Can’t wait for them to get their Michelin star! I’m already anticipating my next meal there!
