   The food are mostly great, Whole seabream sashimi was great, half rack of lamb chop was only 3 pieces ( we had 4 ). Just the wagyu skirt steak was cook and seasoning poorly and meat quality was bad (rough), bitter ( maybe the grill is not clean? I have no idea) but the whole experiences was not enjoyable at all, My friends will not be back for sure, I would like to be back for the whole fish but I won't be back again because of the services was so upsetting! I don't want to bring any guests here and have to deal with it, so embarrassing! Multiple servers keep rushing us to finish the food and drink ( keep asking if they can take it away when it clearly still food & drink! and put their hand on the plate already when they asked, we always have to stop which we shouldn't need to! and one time, I was going to eat the artichoke on the steak, but the waiter just took our plates super quick, didn't give us time even we already said we still working on it, there was no reason to rush us at all, between they took our plate and new plates show up was taking really long, if we still have the plate the enjoy while we wait, we wouldn't feel the wait was too long at all! was really annoying experiences , this services shouldn't happened in first world country at all. it happened not just one time, is many times! you guys seriously need some massive training program for the servers.

   Food was fantastic, service was lacking and we were charged premium grade liquor without being asked. Our server did a great job of making up for our initial unpleasant experience. Definitely a very loud and busy party scene restaurant.

   A bit dark and a bit loud when eating with a group of 10 but the crowd is nice.. food is ok, nothing to boast about. A bit pricy and the servers seemed overwhelmed when delivering the food.

   Our night at CASA NEOS started off rough—a chaotic check-in process, unhelpful staff, and confusing seating policies made for a frustrating first impression. We were left waiting while others were seated before us, and when we finally got upstairs, we were denied a more comfortable table—only to see it given to a smaller party later. Thankfully, our server, Paola, completely turned things around. She was warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome despite the rocky start. The food was just as impressive, with every dish beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Still, the front-of-house experience needs work. They could learn a lot from their sister restaurant, MILA, which nails hospitality and organization. Would I come back? Maybe—but only if they step up their game at the door.

   We had a 3:30 reservation, I called letting them know we’d be 5 minutes late and upon arrival they check our reservation the doorman walks in talks to god knows who and comes back out and very rudely says we canceled your reservation without any explanation while it was obvious the restaurant was running fine. This was very rude and unacceptable as we were a group and we have dined there before in multiple occasions and have spent a good amount of money at the establishment. We took our business next door over to Kiki on the river and had no issues. Do not recommend. Rude door staff.

   Terrible experience. We are a group of 7. Two mains takes more than 1 hour 45 minutes to came, two greek omelettes ! We had to ask to more than 3 waiters and 2 managers to solve the problem. During the wait the restaurant send the deserts without serving the mails ... When we contest the server seemed discomfortable to taking back the deserts .. how we guests that didn't received the mains could eat the desert ? Finally the "coup finale" ... when we ask for a sweetener for the Espresso the server said in not polite way "the only sugar we have is that", pointing to the sugar cubes ... probably we was angry with our fare complains ... We'll never go back again !

   Best brunch spot to date. The manager Richard and the staff that provide us our food and service were absolutely amazing!!! Btw: Best French toast ever!!

    Its the hottest spot in Miami right now. Very nice Mykonos style decoration. Very tasty food small portions. Go there and have a great time
