    Cascata is a fabulous restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we encountered great service. The bartender greeted us with efficient service as we waited for our table. Our server Parker was very helpful and efficient. He did amazing job. Our food was excellent. Crab cakes. Caprese salad. Tomato bisque and the cannolis were all superb. This will be added to our rotation when in Sioux Falls.

    The restaurant boasts a cozy ambience. Our server was attentive, ensuring our dining experience was seamless. The appetizer we got (Calamari), Lobster Tortellini, and Short Ribs pasta were a standout, with perfectly balanced flavors and a beautifully presented plate. Overall Cascana Italian has an exceptional food, a charming place and highly recommend it to anyone seeking Italian meals.

    Malik (spelling??) was our server and was outstanding and enthusiastic. Crab cakes were sizeable and excellent. Cioppino was delicious. Our friends got the NY Strip and said it was one of the best they've had. We'll be going back; the new restaurant is absolutely beautiful in downtown Sioux Falls.

    Great location! You feel like you’re on vacation right here in Sioux Falls! I’ll definitely be back. Meat and cheese appetizer for 4 is great.
