The food for 200 per person was not good at all as compare to regular menu we love but drinks and service are amazing that’s the reason we come back and this year we like that we can dance!

Came for NYE. We got seated by the patio and the view was great despite a slight fog. Our server Jonah was amazing and really accommodating. Most of the food was great, and the wine pairing deal was good. Couple of issues: beef wellington entree was slightly dry; and for some reason, the kitchen would send out plates before we even finished a course. We had to send back our entrees 3 times because we haven't finished our plates yet. Don't think the meal was worth the price, but with NYE, we expected nothing less. Overall, a great time! Thanks Castaway!

$170 NY eve menu was disappointing. Either too salty or too sweet. I don’t think it’s worth $170 without even one beverage included. Service is good though. It was New Year’s Eve so very loud and noisy. My husband put on ear plugs.

Our waiter was amazing very energetic and kind. However the food was not amazing, the regular menu has way better options. For the amount of food you get the pricing is quite ridiculous. However, the atmosphere was energetic and fun.

Food was good, but this was some of the worst service I have ever experienced. We paid for a wine pairing with the pre fixed dinner. We had to ask for water 3 times. The wine pairings weren’t brought out with the actual food pairings..we had to ask for it to be done correctly twice. The first two corses came out before we even got a glass of wine. Then no one brought us silverware. It was just so disappointing for such an expensive New Year’s Eve dinner.

When we got there they sat us in a section where you elbowing the party next to you when we asked if we could change seating our server completely disregard our concern. Hence I’m willing to pay more for outside seating or wait longer as well but there was no consideration we where there celebrating our anniversary. I was left feeling like we didn’t matter take it or leave it style for $500 I expected better service from hostage Our server was nice I’m leaving him out of this I still tipped him. Paid about 500 with tip and the food wasn’t good we had no choice but to eat off only a few select items which we only enjoyed 2 dishes maybe it was the day decided to go there because I’ve seen good reviews in the past. I Wouldn’t mind giving them a second chance but I felt I had to vent about my experience

Went to Castaway for the first time to celebrate my birthday with my spouse and son. I was blown away by the service, food, and atmosphere! Although it was hazy outside, the ambience was wonderful and highly recommend this restaurant!

Never before I had such a bad experience at Castaway. Took way too long for the server to take the order and even longer to get the food, which was not good. We have been here multiple times and never came across this issues.
