   I am not sure who’s at fault here, whether it’s Open Table for listing a restaurant at an all inclusive property or the hotel for allowing it to be listed What I do know is that when I turned up and said that I had a reservation I was treated like a liar and some sort of criminal trying to get into the property for nefarious purposes It was not, Sir I am so sorry but blah blah blah. Instead it was, There’s no way you could have a reservation. I show them my phone. Well, that website shouldn’t be listing Castle View. No apologies for the mix up. Nothing. They didn’t even move the barrier so we could turn around, instead we had to reverse out. Good thing Dis Ole House was so close. Amazing ambience and great food salvaged the evening for us
