    The food was very good. Nice presentation, fresh and extremely tasty. They accommodated my celiac with substitutions nicely. Our waiter, although very friendly, missed the mark and is what brought our overall review down. We were there for an hour and had only been served one drink and got the appetizer 40 minutes after being there. We had to ask for our waiter to return for refills and to place order. Again, had to ask for him for the check, he never checked on us throughout the meal and seemed to “disappear” until we asked for him. There were only 3 tables dining so they were not busy. We felt since the restaurant was in a hotel, it followed suit of most hotel restaurants as far as service and ambiance. Although food was good, it wouldn’t be a place we would recommend or return to.

    Polo our server was personable and attentive. The Texas coulotte was perfectly prepared as we ordered it with a nice char. The fries were also delicious. The portions are large and the prices reasonable. A thoroughly enjoyable evening

    Went for NYE, it was ok. The steak saved the whole meal. The soup was awful, I saw alot of tables send it back. The bartender only knew how to make the cocktails listed on the menu, anything else, he seemed lost. They've only been open since August, I hope next year is better.

    In all fairness, it was New Year’s Eve. However, they seemed very overwhelmed. They tried to give a good service, but possibly they were shorthanded. It took us three hours to have the pre-set menu. The main course, steak , was served very cold. We usually don’t leave food behind, but we had to. Definitely not worth the price. It may be the first time they do a pre set menu on a holiday so I can not speak to their regular menu and service.

    The News Years Eve pairing dinner was an excellent experience with energetic staff and great food. Thank you for the roof top New Years bash as well. The entire stay was excellent. Happy New Years

    The restaurant was not busy on the Sunday between Christmas and New Year’s. The focaccia bread was wonderful as an appetizer. The soup du jour was wild mushroom and was a big hit. We also had the beet/pear/kale salad which was outstanding. Our entrees were flavorful but for example my steak was not hot enough to melt the herbed butter that was on top, and my husband’s pasta (lobster tagliatelle) was lackluster. The Parmesan truffle fries were quite good, maybe the best example of that dish I have had anywhere!! The highlight of the meal was dessert!! The pavlova was divine with light, complex and complimentary flavors! And the brownie sundae was very good. The service was quite good and everyone at the hotel was pleasant. The complimentary valet parking was appreciated.
