   Arrived a few minutes after our reservation time and were promptly seated. The place has such a chill but vibey feel. One of the coolest spots in the East Village. Ordered the anchovy toast - so fresh. Ordered the Mackerel, burger and mushroom risotto - all cooked to perfection. Banana split sundae to finish - with some soju cocktails on the side. The owner is incredibly personable - and made us feel as if we’re at his home. Highly recommend this gem if you’re in need of quality food, service and vibes!

   This was my first visit to Cecilia for brunch with a friend. I ordered the Creole Shrimp and Grits, which were perfection. The addition of some non-coffee based drinks like Chai (with a non-dairy “milk”, like soy or almond) would make this the perfect brunch spot that I would return to.

   Outstanding service cocktails were great. Food was very, very good.!!!  Nice to have a bistro restaurant in the East Village, hope they’re here for a long time!!!

   It was a wonderful experience. It is a lovely venue. Charming, warm, but not boring. The service was impeccable. And the food was superb. A great night and a great meal.

    Special new spot..food was delicious and the drinks were really fun! Super cozy vibes and they played great music. The staff were all amazing and I can’t wait to go back!
