          Finally, a high-energy NY ambience restaurant in Baltimore! Food was great. Service OK. Our server forgot drink orders a few times, and we had to wait a while for bread for the table....there were 6 of us. I was surprised that there was no brandy or Frangelico (hello, it's an Italian restaurant!) available.

          We had a reservation but decided to sit at the bar instead, which was a great experience. Arlene was fantastic and the food was delicious. Highly recommend.

          The cocktails were the high point of the evening. The cocktail menu included some inventive and not-too-sweet house offerings. The mescal sour was outstanding. The food was well prepared and presented but a little pricey and the portions were generally too large. “Can I box that for you?” Must be a frequent question to diners. Unfortunately we had a problem with the timing of the service. Our main courses arrived while we were still enjoying our appetizers. We were told the chef sent the food out because they wanted to close the kitchen. This led to an embarrassing situation where we had to ask the servers to take the mains back to the kitchen (there was no room on the table) until we were ready. We had come out for a celebratory evening but found ourselves rushed as if our enjoyment of the meal was at odds with the kitchen staff’s desire to close early. To their credit the restaurant staff apologized profusely. We very much wish that hadn’t been necessary.

          I have been trying to make reservations for months, and yesterday was our very lucky day. CeCe’s is amazing. The service is impeccable, the ambiance is gorgeous and the food was amazing! I can not wait to return.

          Second time here, this time for brunch. The food was delicious!. Even though it wasn't on he menu, the bartender made the smoked Manhattan for me. The bacon was to die for, as was the potato rosti! The oysters were small, but very flavorful. One minor complaint were the chairs. They are beautiful, but too low; someone must have recognized this and provided pillows to compensate. Also, no desert except soft-serve ice cream (not that we needed any; portions were generous, even after sharing.)

          Excellent 100%. From top to bottom. Food left nothing to be desired, it was served promptly and served hot (where appropriate). Staff was very attentive and accommodating. Very comfortable environment. First visit but certainly not the last!
