   Looking for a new dining experience, sought out this restaurant as Peruvian food is rare to find on the Jersey Shore. Though good, to my taste the seasoning is very subtle and I prefer a sharper flavor profile. I had the skirt steak with chimmichurri. I ordered it medium but it was very rare. My dining companion had the oriental Peruvian rice with stuffed chicken. Again, nice but somewhat bland. As we didn’t have the ceviche, which is obviously their specialty, we will return as there is much on this menu to explore.

   Everything was absolutely delicious. The 4 of us split 2 appetizers and 3 entries. They were all so good. My favorite was the skirt steak with chimichurri but the others were great as well. Highly recommend this place. We even took home a container of their aji sauce. Can’t wait to go back.

   Always a wonderful dining experience . The food is fresh, well prepared, and beautifully presented. Our young waitress is always a delight to speak with, as is the young man who is often there. Will continue to spread the word about this wonderful and interesting dining venue!

   New experience with Peruvian food. Many unique dishes. Enjoyed the spice level on the dishes I chose. Table of five with reservations. We all would come back. Tables not on top of each other so noise level was great. We could actually speak in a normal tone and hear one another. Can’t say that about many of the Red Bank restaurants.. BYOB a plus.

   Wow! This is a find. The service was exceptional. The waiter was very helpful in making suggestions. The food was excellent. I had Arroz con Mariscos and the Fish Cerviche. The combination was excellent. You will not be disappointed.

   We have dined at Ceviche House several times. The variety and quality of the ceviches they offer has been the highlight each time, though we've also enjoyed their other dishes. The dessert menu is limited but the ones we've had have been terrific--most recently the delicious churros with Peruvian ice cream. The service is warm and friendly. Other than wishing they would dim the lights to improve the atmosphere we wouldn't change anything. We expect to return again and again.

    We tried this place for first time and we can’t wait to go back! Sebastian was amazing—gave great recommendations and helped with my gluten allergy. We spent 3 hours with old friends enjoying great food and ambiance. None of us have ever had Peruvian food and didn’t realize what we were missing! The price is extremely right too. You will definitely see us back!
