   Outstanding food and service. Very friendly and attentive. It’s not inexpensive, but that comes with the style. Ambiance is great. Highly recommend.

   Chama Gaucha did not disappoint! We came here as a group of 8 for a birthday celebration. The food was excellent (better than other local Brazilian steakhouses). The standout for us was the service. We were in a room full of large parties, and the two servers managing the room were amazing. The team was attentive without making us feel rushed. The meats came frequently and we were asked repeatedly if there was anything else we wanted. When something was identified the request was met quickly. The flaming cheesecake is not to be missed!

   Once again, we had a fabulous experience at Chama Gaucha. We brought work colleagues and had an excellent meal and time.

   Go easy on the salt and grill the meat longer. The service and the place are stunning. The beef is way over-salted and left us bloated and uncomfortable due to the amount of water we had to drink. Also the meat was blue after the first layer was carved. That’s fine for me but not my guests. Good cuts of meat don’t require that much salt and can be cooked a little more.

   Everything was excellent. We used to go to this restaurant when it was Boi na Braza, but this new Brazilian restaurant is defintely better than before. The interior was upgraded so that's it has more of a very fine restaurant aura. The food is much the same type but with higher quality cuts of meat. The service was perfect. They were extremely attentive to our every need. They receive my highest recommendation - if you don't mind paying $62 per meal.

   Outstanding service. Food is awesome. It was a little loud as it got busy. Price is a bit high, but overall the service and food were great and we’ll be back.
