   Was waiting for a server to come ask if I wanted any drinks for 15 min and was not acknowledged until I spoke up. Rib eye was horrible. Music was good.

   The manager Sergio wasn’t great. They didn’t have skirt steak for my wife and kids so we asked to cancel because that is why we came. He refused and charged us for appetizers right after we ordered and weren’t on the table

   Las empanadas poco relleno más masa, corte de carne deficiente 40% grasa, para ordenar tardan demasiado ponen más énfasis en mesas con más comensales que a las de pareja. Queríamos probar unos tacos de costilla que nos habían recomendado pero no tienen la amabilidad de informar que no hay esos alimentos, se enfocan desde mi punto de vista en los platillos más caros que darle atención al cliente. Solicite la reservación con anticipación y solicitando no estar junto a los sanitarios, lo cual obviaron y se molestan por solicitar el cambio. Para ordenar hay que gritar ya que el ruido es excesivo, entiendo que es uno de sus plus pero creo se puede trabajar un poco mejor en eso. Nos iban a dar una cortesía por ser nuestro aniversario y se la dieron a otra mesa. El capitán que nos tomó la orden haciendo caras por qué no se entiende la comunicación entre el comensal y el por el ruido. El segundo restaurante del grupo Rosa Negra con mala experiencia.

   This restaurant is energetic, located in the high end Polanco district. The prices are expected to be high there, but the quality of the food for the price is not so good. And the markup on a bottle of wine is INSANE - stick with the cocktails if you go, Great service, very attentive, never waiting long for someone to refresh your glass, bring a dish, take one away. I had the 400 g, Ribeye and it was just ok. Cooked to the correct temperature but served on a cutting board and it got cold fast. Husband had the Surg and turf, Didn't care for the octopus. The shrimp and filet were ok. Sorry but over $400 USD for 2 people, the meal did not stand up to scrutiny.

    Elo bueno: el servicio de meseros atentos y cordiales Lo Malo: Como parte del show hacen un ritual con incienso que va pasando entre las mesas cuando estás comiendo, no recomendable para asmáticos y al mencionarle esto al gerente se justifico y se puso defensivo, mala actitud de servicio de su parte. Los platillos estan mejor en otros lugares del mismo nivel
