Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. The steaks are then flame-broiled over Florida citrus and oak wood in a custom-built pit at 1200º searing in the tantalizing taste that has made Charley’s the #1 steakhouse in America every year since 2007! Charley’s philosophy of providing only the finest extends from the kitchen to the wine cellar. The wine list approaches 500 selections from scores of exceptional wineries around the globe. Charley’s has been recognized with numerous awards including “Best of Award of Excellence” from Wine Spectator magazine, DiRōNA and Orlando Magazine’s“ Best Steak House & Best Old Favorite”.     Exceptional as always! Service is top notch and we always enjoy dining in the bar with Sebastian as our sommelier. Steaks and seafood are always done to perfection.

    Always wonderful! Our server gave us so much history on Charley’s. He was very knowledgeable on the menu and provide some great recommendations. Food was wonderful! We had a small issue with the lobster Mac&Cheese (tough lobster on top from broiler), but they took care of us!

    Always awesome from the moment you are greeted to the time you say good bye! The food and service are off the charts! They do everything and anything to accommodate! Thank you for a wonderful evening!

    Christian, our server was wonderful. Very knowledgeable helped us every every step of the way The bottle of wine so good My wife aged steak was superb The sides he suggested where out of this world who knew cauliflower could taste so good! We are coming back for are next celebration VERY soon and going to ask for Christian‼️ we could not of been Happier What a great 31st anniversary everything was super‼️ We have been to all the nice steak houses in Central FL Always wondering why we didn’t just stay with Charley’s No steak house is inexpensive but Charley’s is the best and the fairest price of all of them

    Very friendly and accommodating food was excellent, Orlando our server was very attentive I recommend Charley’s to be at the top of my recommendation! Cannot wait to go back.
