The food was fantastic. The bartender made me a fruity rum concoction that was delicious. Our service was really slow though and we were ignored by our waiter a lot towards the end. We almost missed our show.

Always a good experience for lunch here. It’s a go to spot when entertaining for business. A hidden gem with excellent service and a thoughtful, delicious menu. You can’t go wrong with the steak frits.

The service, food and cocktails were exceptional! Could not have asked for anything more. Truly a hidden gem. The hustle and bustle of Time Square disappears as soon as you enter. This should be a destination restaurant.

Always a good experience here for elevated dining. I like the prixe fixe lunch menu with its ever changing variety. Our service this time was a little uneven but still very good (a downgrade from the usual excellence). Food is always excellent. Highly recommend for a business lunch or indulgent dinner. Very convenient location in the heart of Times Square.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Charlie Palmer Steak for a business lunch, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The steak frites were a highlight—cooked to absolute perfection with a beautifully seared crust and tender, flavorful meat that practically melted in my mouth. The fries were crisp and seasoned just right, making for an ideal pairing. The service was equally impressive. Our server Juan was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our drinks stayed topped off and our meal was just as we wanted. The manager TuKu also came by to check in, displaying genuine care for our dining experience. It’s rare to find such accommodating staff, and it truly made the meal memorable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a top-notch steak lunch. Best, Howie

First time to the revamped Charlie Palmer Steak. Had been here two or three times as Charlie Palmer at the Knick. Atmosphere felt similar while certainly leaning more towards Steakhouse. Drinks were excellent, food was fantastic. Menu seemed a little slight. After reviewing the main menu, I ended up going to the pre-theater as the options I was leaning towards were largely there. Service was great and the whole staff was attentive. Our waiter was very clear on how to order to meet our showtime. I was interested in some of the steaks for another visit. Disappointed there was no onion soup on the menu. It was quite good the last time I was here. In all a great experience for the price and placement in Times Square.

Decor too basic. Service, depending on the server. The host was nice and accommodating. The server had sort of a forced snobbish attitude while professional. Wines were overpriced.
