    Christmas Day dinner at Chart House is the best! They were extremely busy, so we had to wait, even with reservations. But the service and food were excellent as always!!!

    Our server was excellent. Food was great too. No rush too between courses and also no bread and butter was appreciated. A wonderful Christmas Meal experience! We will be back.

    Great experience for Christmas dinner. Not crowded and noisy. On time for reservations. Not rushed through dinner. Great service plus nice view of the river. Good variety and value for the menu . Will definitely go back there.

    Excellent! We did ask to move tables because of rude patrons face timing watching their grandchildren open presents. They accommodated us quickly; food and service were outstanding!

    We were given a warm welcome & greeting upon entering. We were escorted to our table and informed Wendy would be our server. Wendy was absolutely incredible providing extraordinary customer service. She made sure all our needs were met. The food was absolutely delicious and plentiful. Upon departure we were thanked by our Server Wendy as well as the Hostess at the desk. We’ll be back for sure.

    The Chilean Sea Bass tasted fishy. It took so long to get our food that we didn’t want to wait any longer for a replacement. One of the salads wasn’t made as requested either. We also weren’t served any bread like the other patrons. The hostess had an attitude when I mentioned we had one more person. That person was active military who surprised us by coming home on Christmas Day. No way to notify the restaurant in time. We won’t go back. Bad experience from the minute we arrived.
