   We celebrated our anniversary at the Chart House in Melbourne, Fl.. I ordered the prime rib with a clam chowder appetizer. It was perfect! My wife had the Citrus Parmesan Snapper which was delicious! Both portions were more than we could eat. Our server, Garrett was excellent. He refilled our glasses without our asking and brought more rolls when requested. We celebrate most of our birthdays and anniversaries and special occasions at the Chart House. We can’t wait to go back and try the seafood boulliabase.

   Overall, a great experience at Chart House! Our dinners were fantastic. I had the Mac Nut Mahi and it was amazing. The views are beautiful and makes for great ambiance. The restaurant is very noisy, however, so if you want a quiet dinner this is not the place. I absolutely would go back again.

   We recently celebrated our 46th Wedding Anniversary at Chart House. We try to go every year, sometimes with family, sometimes just us. Star, our server, was perfect! Her smile, her welcoming voice, and her sweet responses to every question about the current menu - just perfect! We were given a card by the manager, Ellen. She welcomed us back as she remembered us from past visits. She, too, is just so caring and welcoming. Now, the food. I could write several paragraphs about how delicious our food choices were. We started with a Lobster Bisque that was definitely the best I have ever tasted. Has I know, I would have made a meal out of that bowl! My husband's Caesar Salad was served in a Parmesan Cheese bowl. Again, among the most eye and taste pleasing experiences we have had at Chart House. Thanks to all who welcomed us, served us, and prepared the meal for us. More than a 5 star experience, for sure!

   The view is pretty and the staff friendly. Wasn’t impressed with the food though. Our lobster bisque wasn’t very hot. When they brought it back it was a little hotter but than no lobster in it expect one rubber claw part no chunks of lobster like the first one which I had just asked to keep my same soup but heat it up if possible. My mom got the prime rib which was the end piece that was alittle dried out. My ny strip was good and cooked to the right temp. Dessert was good chocolate lava cake a must.

   We had a beautiful evening view. The service provided from Tripp was amazing. He was knowledgeable and his recommendations were spot on. The owner made sure to check in and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. All in all a wonderful experience with excellent drinks and food.

    Very pleased. From the valet, to dessert, it was all very good. Just a bit noisy but t was crowded.
