   What a great meal we had at Chart House on the outdoor deck. Lauren's service was the best we could expect, the food was fantastic, and the ambiance was so enjoyable. They even arranged for perfect weather! We were entertained sitting on the deck watching people and ships and even a Chewbacca go by. Great time with my daughter celebrating her graduation from grad school. Perfect!

   My wife and I enjoyed filets at The Chart House....yes, filets. They were priced well and prepared to perfection. We left nothing on our plates. The shrimp cocktail had an interesting and delicious cocktail sauce. The signature Chart House chopped salad was fresh and enjoyed along with the lava cake dessert. Our server was new and had only worked for CH for a few weeks. We had to request silverware, cracked pepper and bread, but our overall experience was terrific. She'll get better with a little more time and training. The corkage fee is reasonable too.

   Service was amazing.! Caesar salad, a bit saturated with dressing, and a little to the guilty side. That brought the overall experience down one star. They Seabass was incredible. The New York State came out gray and very well done, after ordering a medium, they brought me a replacement.Since my wife’s dish was completely gone, as I patiently waited, I feel like they should’ve comped the steak since I had nothing to eat, but a piece of meat when it finally arrived. The second strip was very good, but if they want to have good customer service, I should not have paid for that steak at all!

   Everything was good. Not great or bad either way. Dinner took almost 2 hours. Server was friendly.
