   The dining experience was great - and the service. When we left we stood in line about 30 minutes waiting on an elevator that never came the line behind us was about 25 people! We kept asking the hostess what was going on and they didn’t really respond the other elevator opened and they said that was only going to the observation floor we kept waiting with no input from the staff except just to wait. People were getting quite frustrated. We finally decided to take the other elevator and it took us straight down- why did they tell us not to take that one?? the entire incident was a circus

   The experience was amazing. Service, food, ambiance and specially our server was attentive. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

   Everything About it was terrible from the amount of food time that I had to wait for my food from the amount of people that got there after me that got their food before me and left before me everything about it sucked. I would not suggest this place to anybody.

   The views are amazing!! The steak was so bad. I suggest you skip the food and go straight for the bar. You have incredible views from there. I ordered the prime rib. I have never in my life received a steak so undercooked. I took a bite and actually spit it out. It tasted like I licked salt straight from the shaker. It was embarrassing . My husband got filet minon ordered medium rare. The steak tasted like my mom’s burnt pot roast. TThe meal was cold. I guess it had been sitting there for awhile.The waitress was kind enough to bring me another prime rib. This one was cooked a little more and the food was actually warm. The prime rib was AWFUL. We were told on the way up that the food sucked and to go elsewhere to eat. You’re there for the ambience. So I ate a tiny portion of potatoes for dinner. Honestly didn’t even want to send another plate back. The restaurant turns as you’re seated. We were by the kitchen at one point and some dude was vaping. He had gloves on and went back to handling the food. For the price this place should probably train their cooks to make a meal that is worth $50+ and food handling classes. Service was good. Just terrible food. 🥴

   Reservation was for 730 wasn’t seated until 815. Food took an hour. Everything was late from the get go. Food was good and the service was good as it wasn’t his fault.

   I had terrible birthday lunch. We waited an hour for food and our waitress was not able to be attentive to us due to having a banquet upstairs and repeatedly said so but did nothing to help the situation. Our food was not hot but rather cold probably from waiting to get picked up.

    Price went up on children’s menu with no new food selections or improved quality. Chopped salad was wilted and was visually unappealing. Looked old. The waitress took forever to take our drink order that when she finally came around we ordered all our food. Food was barely warm when it arrived to the table. Ordered dessert for my son’s birthday. Took over 30 minutes. Ice cream was melted. Not a great way to celebrate a birthday 👎
