   Seated quickly- wonderful service. Drinks were outstanding! We had the Beet salad and crab cakes- incredible richness and flavors in both dishes. Beautiful presentation. The bread was warm and delicious with a very crispy crust.

   We were fortunate enough to get a table on a Friday night at very short notice (we had been warned that this restaurant is usually booked up!). We were seated immediately, and our server, Melissa, was quite attentive throughout the evening. She attended to my colleagues' particular dietary needs, including bringing us a gluten- and dairy-free menu! Not to mention that she clearly explained the origin of the alcohol chartreuse (none of us had tasted it before). The food was delicious, and service was perfect. Do note that the servings don't seem particularly large, so if you are hungry I would recommend ordering a starter to go with your main course. The vanilla cake simply melts in the mouth. Highly recommend!

   Our evening at Chartreuse was outstanding in every way! The waitstaff was knowledgeable and attentive (Daniel was absolutely wonderful!). As for the meal, each menu choice was beautifully presented, perfectly prepared and absolutely scrumptious. Dan made wine recommendations based on our tastes and they were delicious! We were also impressed with the value of the meals. We will be back soon!

    Impeccable food. Farm to Table in March here in Detroit could be quite boring, but every meal was delicious and interesting
