   Overall experience was okay at best which is unfortunate because the food was pretty good. After having reservations for over 6 weeks we were ushered in to an empty side room. The reservation was only for 4 people and when my party asked to switch tables to the main room we were informed they were “all reserved”. It’s possible that it was just because it was early (our reservation was for 10:30) but the room had an odor and staff was rude and rolled their eyes when we requested the change. We accepted the empty side room table and our negative experience continued. Even after expressing our concerns the staff took inappropriate cell phone calls right next to the table behind the bar and also had a child being watched. It felt like our special brunch was an informal place for the staff to hang out when they weren’t in the main room. We were also surprised that a 20% gratuity was added the check. We typically leave 20% anyway but it’s pretty uncommon to include it automatically for just a group of 4. We will not be going back.

    The atmosphere is beautiful but the service is horrible and unorganized. I walked in and had a reservation, no one was there to seat us. Not a single worker let us know someone will be coming. I waited for about 5-10 minutes until I was sat. Once we were seated, no one attended to us for 25 minutes. The new groups who were seated after us were all attended to. I'm not sure if they're unorganized or racist. The tea cups were also dirty. Do not recommend. I had to leave once it hit 30 mins of no service!
