It's AMAZING! The food was flavorful and presented so beautifully. If you like coconut shrimp-please get the croquetas! The drinks (including mocktails) were gorgeous! This place has great attention to detail to create an upscale atmosphere. Our server was very personable and nice! Will be back! LOVED IT!

We enjoyed several of the happy hour appetizers and happy hour drink specials. The ambience is great and the restaurant is lovely. You have to sit at the bar or outside to get happy hour. Jade took great care of the 3 of us. She was attentive and on top of everything.

Everything was outstanding except the service. Although very friendly, our server was not as attentive as one would expect in a top-tier restaurant. Our cocktails didn't arrive until our starters, and then our server never asked if we wanted to refresh them. Service aside, the ambiance is wonderful and the food presentation and taste absolutely excellent.

We always love our dinners at Chayote. As a young couple who were transferred to PR 50 years ago we love reminiscing at Chayote!

Awesome food! The presentation was spot on with little details that capture sight as well as taste and smell. The service was spot on, and our server, Taylor, made excellent recommendations!
