Food was incredible; the guac was made fresh. We got empanadas and they were delicious. Only thing that was questionable was our server. Attitude was non-welcoming, felt like he was rushing us the whole time. We asked to move seats because it was right next to the door and before we could finish asking, he moved us to the next table and then tossed a stapler toward the host stand. The cooks behind the stand saw this and were not pleased. Would still recommend (just not necessarily that server).

We were there on a quiet weeknight (Halloween night) with a guest who was visiting from out of town. My husband loved his chorizo sandwich (with tater tots on the side), our guest enjoyed her empanadas and soup, and I loved the brussels sprouts with balsamic vinaigrette. I want to also give a shout out to our waiter, who originally positioned us at a high table in the back of the restaurant, but I think he could see that I was struggling a bit so I explained that I had just had abdominal surgery three days before. Hearing that, he then repositioned us at a regular-height table where it was much, much easier for me to get in and out of. He was super gracious about it.

We had the guacamole as an appetizer. Very good. I had three of the empanadas (cubano, spinach, and short ribs). They were tasty. My wife enjoyed the chicken sandwich. She found the Cabernet delicious and a good value. We sat on the rustic patio in the back. The waitress was attentive and knowledgeable. We found a good place for an early dinner and a promising night spot.

We were not really attended to and then as we are sitting on the patio finishing up our meal we see a rat running around the patio. A bit unsettling.

Really cool place in OTR -- I need to try to empanadas since this is what they are known for. I was there for Taco Week and the tacos were good, not super amazing, but the service was great and the ambiance was really chill.

I went to this location because I enjoy the outdoor patio. There was a food tour going on. My sister and I ordered three empanadas with tots, roasted sprouts, and a bloody Mary each. Our bill was high 70s. The food was fine. The sprouts were more done than I would prefer. I wasn’t incredibly impressed. The bartender was really nice. The server was fine. I feel for what it is. It’s too expensive.
