We Italians like to say that a gesture is worth 1000 words. When our hands aren’t in use, creating or experimenting with canvas and brushes, marble and chisel, pan and pot, we mould air with our fingers. CHE VUOI which translates to ‘what do you want’ is often an involuntary gesture, something we can’t help doing… Like sharing our love for Nonna’s rustic family dishes, fresh homemade pastas, artisan wood fire pizzas and great wines in a simple and relaxed atmosphere. Love everything about this restaurant.... Friendly staff, comfortable venue with great vibe, fast service and amazingly delicious food at very reasonable pricing. Their other two restaurants Kala and Mona are also excellent in every way.

We visit Che Vuoi and without asking coincidentally end up at table 2 for 2. Che Vuoi is our go to place but book wisely to avoid very busy nights and time slots. The 5.45pm suits us. Parking easier too. Food, wine list, great Spritzers too, friendly efficient service etc. fantastic. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed great food and wonderful service. Food was quick to arrive and everyone loved it. The antipasto plate was amazing too.

Service is warm and friendly and just appears as you need them. Food is delicious from calamari to Pizza’s, plus a chianti red wine made for a perfect meal with friends. Must visit if you are in Barwon Heads
